I started Nenja's Crack Pairing Meme in January, managed to do 4 pics out of 14 back then:
1. What song would describe Sephiroth's (Final Fantasy VII: AC) and Lu Bu's (ROTK/DW5 supergay Min style) relationship best?
2. Kanbei Kuroda (Sengoku Musou 3) and Pyramid Head (Silent Hill 2) are playing in a movie together. What movie?
3. Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy VII: AC) and Ezio Auditore de Firenze (Assassin's Creed 2) are a couple. How did they end up together?
4. Both Lu Meng (Dynasty Warriors 6) and Mitsunari Ishida (Sengoku Musou 3) are fighting over Pyramid Head (Silent Hill movie style), who ... Kojurou x Masamune Softcore

Inspired by Sengoku BASARA animation, episode 1: Masamune and Kojurou talking under the blossoming sakura tree at sunset and the strange song "Ur" by DJ Tiesto. Not typical DJ music, I used to skip that song on my playlist but when I heard it while I was painting this pic, the singer's tired voice and confused feelings were perfect for Masamune (who looks kind of confused [but pleased] in my pic)
The scene in the anime is interesting... You can actually see the Date army soldiers watching the big tree on the hill and you know ... [18+] BASARA Shingen x Yukimura Sims

Katakura Kojurou

This is the top banner pic on a background painted by me, the banner background is a screencap from Sengoku Basara anime. I love Kojurou's "normal eyebrow look" in the anime but he's more detailed in the game. My rendition of him takes elements from both the anime and the game. Don't you just love scar-faces? My favorite Samurais are always scarred, *humps Sakon Shima*.
It's been a while since I've painted men, perhaps some day I could come up with a creative pose. :roll:
