I was supposed to finish this painting way before Assassin's Creed 2 premiere day, but sadly I had to work on other things. I don't know if it matters though; we can't just forget about Altair and Malik simply because there's a new game out, right? At least I can't! This painting started off as a Photoshop brush practise piece, the blueish pic is the the raw. "Bristle" brush turned out to be both usable and annoying. It makes a nice watercolorish, rough texture that blends well on low flow and opacity, but at least my drawing tablet didn't work with small brush size under 8 px, so it was really hard to paint/draw any details with it.
