I finished most of this pic in May, but I overworked it, so I put it aside and picked it up now to 'finish'. (Remember what Leonardo da Vinci said: “Art is never finished, only abandoned.”) Since I worked on this pic for so long and abandoning it hurts, I have some long-winded comments about it:

FANGIRL POST!
Samurai Warriors Chronicles is a dream game for Sakon/Mitsunari shippers. TK decided to give up the awkward attempt to pimp SW3 Mitsunari to the man who historically loathed him (Kiyomasa) and hence in SWC we can concentrate on the good old epic *cough*canon*cough* SakonMitsu pairing. Their relationship was already lovey dovey in SW3 despite of the sad Kiyomasa plot line, but SWC made their love even more obvious. (Don't worry, Kiyomasa isn't left crying alone in a corner; Muneshige claimed him as his own. And Kiyo openly loves Nene. ;)

Tacky title is ok with something like Basara.... Hanbei is the past, Mitsunari is the future.
I like to be faithful to the original designs and I prefer 3D CG over 2D cell-shaded anime characters, Hakuouki fanart has been a challenge because the reference material (Kazuki Yone's brilliant art) is far from my own style, that's why I thought that going back to Musou and Basara game fanart would be easy. But I have changed... I don't feel bad about taking liberties and making my own renditions as much as I used to, Basara ... [UPDATE] Sengoku Musou 3 – Hi Shouka Ougi

Kitsune Mitsunari aka... KITSUNARI! Kitsune Mitsunari has to be every Mitsunari fetishist's wet dream. *__*
Inspired by a delicious fanfic again, these are actually quickies done within a few days of loitering around, but I can't put these in the "junk" category because it would make me feel bad. I should rename that category...
Kitsune theme will continue for a bit, I love foxes and stories about fox spirits. Next pic will be Hakuouki again.
